Lisbon Fish and Flavours is Turismo de Lisboa’s latest initiative. Between April 5 and 13, the festival will highlight the excellence of the gastronomic delights on offer in the Portuguese capital. Open to all connoisseurs of fine gastronomy. It will take place in three zones: an auditorium, that will host speeches by invited chefs and other specialists; a room with various speakers and sponsors, with activities held throughout the day; and a cloister incorporating eight restaurants and a food tasting area.

1 day - 15 Euros; For 9 days - 100 Euros; 1 weekend ( sat and sun ) - 25 Euros; 2 weekends ( sat and sun ) - 45 Euros; 5 week days - Mon to Fri - 60 Euros; Group of 5 paz - 1 day - 60 Euros.

With entry includes 1 glass for tasting wine and also 1 restaurant tasting. Tickets are sold at Tourist Offices

The 2nd edition, dedicated to the « pleasure of playing together »; the festival “Dias da Musica em Belém” offers a large program of chamber music. In the Cultural Centre of Belem.

A privileged event to meet the new independent film directors and their most recent and interesting works. Eleven days of the best independent cinema from around the world is the menu for this fifth IndieLisboa film festival. The main aim of the Festival is to discover new films and new directors, in the universe of independent cinema. More than 300 films from all over the world are presented in Portuguese and English.
The festival will be held in the following venues: Forum Lisboa, Londres and São Jorge Cinemas.

The Flamenco Festival 2008 brings to Lisbon some of the talented artists from the contemporary Flamenco dance scene, such as Pepe Habichuela, Paco de Lucia, Camaron, Morente and Saluncar. In addition to its concerts in April and May the festival includes a series of films, exhibits and workshops. Thus offering those in the city of Lisbon a wide ranging and transversal perspective of the genuine essence of Flamenco.
