Simple and easy! if your only goal is to visit the Dolphing at Arrábida bay , you can just meet us at the dock and join the regular dolphing watching tour. Is 2:30 hours boat trip for dolphing watching at the Sado and Arrabida bay.
You will have around 90% chance to watch wild dolphings in their natural habitat. At Arrábida bay live a resident conoly of around 30 dolphing so there are big changes of spending time with them.The Catamaran sailing boat pass in front of Troia beach and Arrábida Natural Park. During summer is posible to stop close to Portinho da Arrábida beach for a relax swim.

Leave Lisbon by the Vasco da Gama bridge to get to Setúbal city, here we go to the marine where to take the boat ride. Is 2:30 hours boat trip for dolphing watching at the Sado and Arrabida bay. Next we drive along the mountain of Arrábida Natural Park (500m peak) to admire th views of Atlantic Ocean and the clear beaches. If choose a full day is posible to stop Portinho da Arrábida beach for a relax lunch break.
After lunch posible to stay longer at the beach or go for Wine tasting on a guided tour to an old wine cellar in the village of Azeitão (includes 2 wines tasting). Return to Lisbon by the bridge 25 de April, with great views to the Cristo-Rei (Christ statue)
