Tagus River Regatta
Come and experience this "wet" Team Building activity. The group will be tested in a different situation then the usually encountered at a daily basis. All this with the wonderful landscape of Lisbon, Oeiras and Cascais on the background. This competition in sailboats enables the group to experience and put in practice concepts such as Leadership, Individual and Collective Responsibility, Process of Decision Making and many more, as well as an evaluation of responses and attitudes towards the unexpected!
Group: minimum of 12 people
The activity includes:
- A race director;
- A skipper per boat, accredited by Ships;
- Motor-Boat support;
- Teams - six crew members each
- Team uniform - with logos to be defined
