Wine Tour Évora

Start the day from Lisbon heading southeast, towards Alentejo. We’ll pass Évora and go straight to Reguengos de Monsaraz where we will visit the famous Esporão Wine Cellars in an area that has been producing wines since the Bronze Age. After a visit of the facilities we’ll finish with one wine tasting. After this we head back to Évora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where we stop for lunch and for a walk tour which will take us into the heart of this ancient walled city. After the circuit, we’ll go just outside the town and visit the Fundação Eugénio de Almeida, home of the world famous Cartuxa and Pera Manca Wines, where after a guided visit into their old cellars, we’ll relax and have a wine tasting before getting back to Lisbon.
